Residential Inspections
A residential inspection is a thorough evaluation of the different systems of the home. Such as structure, foundation, roof covering, attic structure, plumbing system, electrical system, heating and cooling system, insulation, ventilation, and fireplaces.
New Construction Inspections
This final inspection will focus on structural, operational, mechanical, plumbing, and safety issues on newly constructed homes.
Pre-Listing Inspections
Are you in the process of selling your home? Would you like to get a better idea of some of the areas in your home you may need to address before you list it? A pre-listing inspection takes a non-intrusive view at all of the systems in your home and provides you a snapshot of your home’s current condition.
Home Warranty Inspection
Purchasing a newly constructed home is exciting, however, they are not always free of issues. During the first year of ownership, most buyers develop a “punch list” of corrections for the contractor to repair under the warranty coverage. Some defects will not be obvious to the untrained eye. Getting your home inspected before your builder’s warranty expires is your final opportunity to identify and inform your builder of any items that need to be repaired or replaced.
